Dave Smart - Hitting & Infield Coach/Head Coach RC Select 13U
Coach Smart serves as Director of Baseball Operations & Player Development for Rock Creek Sports. He was also the infield and hitting coach at Bellevue CC in 2007 and has held the same title at Tahoma High School for the last 7 years.

Jason Carey- Head Coach RC Select 14U
Coach Carey played shortstop for two-years at Green River CC before accepting a scholarship to play at Benedictine College in Kansas.  Played in the Region V Championship game in 2006, also helped the Benedictine Ravens to their 9th and 10th conference championships.

Ryan Smart- Hitting & Infield Coach/Head Coach RC Select 15/16U 
Coach Smart played 2 years at Bellevue CC before accepting scholarship to play at Charleston Southern University in South Carolina.  Hit .333 in his 2 years at BCC and was twice named to the All-NWACC All Region teams. 

Shawn Simmons- Asst. Coach RC Select 15/16U
Coach Simmons is entering his 5th year coaching select baseball. Coach Simmons has already won the 14U State Championship in 2005 and had the league’s best record in 2009 in the Sandy Koufax 14U Olympic Division. In his playing days, Coach Simmons was a shortstop and prep star at Highline High School garnering interest from the Kansas City Royals and Atlanta Braves.  

Billy Boyer- Hitting Coach/Head Coach RC Select 18U
Coach Boyer was a standout for 3 years at Enumclaw high school before being drafted by the Los Angeles Angels in 2003. Coach Boyer played 4 years for the Angels reaching as high as the AA and AAA levels before retiring in 2007.  

Scott Fairbanks-Pitching Coach/Pitching Instructor RC Select
Scott played 2 years at Bellevue Community College before playing for NAIA powerhouse Lewis and Clark State in Idaho. Scott was then drafted by the Oakland A's and played two years in their minor league system. Scott is currently a scout for the LA Dodgers organization and pitching coach for Taylor Baseball.

Duane Henkel - Youth Pitching Coach 
Coach Henkel is our 12 & under pitching coach, helping kids develop the proper fundamentals of pitching. Coach Henkel serves as pitching coach in the Tahoma School District.  He has a proven track record of getting kids ready and developing key mechanics to keep his athletes injury free. 

Bree Bartholomew- Fastpitch Pitching Instructor
Bree just completed her freshman year pitching for Minot State University. She has pitched for some of the best traveling teams in the area growing up.  After a stellar career at Liberty High School, she now wishes to give back to the game she loves. Bree will concentrate on girls 12U and up who have an interest in learning the finer aspects of pitching.

Amy Trenkamp- Fastpitch Hitting Instructor
Since competing in the Little League World Series in 2000 Amy always knew that playing and coaching softball was her passion. From there on she played ASA and high school softball combined for some of the best programs in the NW. In 2003 she helped her team win the Kingco 4A Championship and earn a 2nd in state trophy. In high school she also earned honorable mention and first team honors for shortstop. After high school, Amy accepted a scholarship for softball to Charleston Southern University in South Carolina. She was a four-year letter winner and starter, starting 219 out of 232 games in her career. A Second Team honor for Utility player came her way her sophomore year of college. Her senior year she led the team in three categories: Sac bunts, sac flies, and triples while earning first team honors for second base. She finished her senior year with a .373 batting average and .576 slugging % in the Big South conference.
